Ed Rader - Health Supply Chain

Ed brings over 35 years of supply chain optimization and leadership across a wide variety of organizations. Ed has designed and implemented programs with measurable operations improvement, cost reduction, shortened lead times and reduced inventories through development and implementation of Best Practice based processes in the complete span of Supply Chain Activities from Product Development and Sourcing through to Order Fulfillment in B2B and B2C environments. He has worked with many Fortune 500 clients as a partner or principal at Deloitte Consulting, Accenture, Kurt Salmon Associates and Verity Partners. Ed has led many engagements, both domestic and international in Manufacturing, Retail and Healthcare. His education includes an undergraduate degree from the school of Materials Science and Engineering at Georgia Tech and graduate work at MIT and Villanova. He is a certified Master Instructor (Deloitte), a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in Healthcare, a Certified Management Consultant, a Senior Member of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers and is Level II Certified in Change Management.
