Thomas Fee - Healthcare Strategy

Tom brings over 35 years of healthcare leadership, helping organizations with innovation, performance improvement, technology implementation, agile development, customer engagement, organization development and strategy.

He has worked with 100’s of hospitals and health systems as a partner at Deloitte Consulting, Booz Allen & Hamilton and Verity Partners. As an EVP at HCA/Parallon, Tom led advisory services for one of the leading providers of outsourced revenue cycle, group purchasing, supply chain management and staffing in the healthcare industry.

His education includes degrees in business from the Harvard Business School and computer science from the University of Georgia. He is a certified Innovation Master Coach, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Management Consultant.
